The first job interview is critically different from that of the interviews EP fellows go through for medical school, residency and even their fellowship. Hemal M. Nayak, MD explains his experience and offers valuable tips and information he learned in preparation for the interview process. In his presentation, Dr. Nayak expounds on his three key points to make the intervew more successful and less stressful: present yourself from a position of strength, be confident in your abilities and let them know what you can do for them, and do your homework by conducting some background research.
