Finding the Right Job

The Heart Rhythm Society offers a number of webcasts on a variety of subjects

View webcast of Finding the Right Job, originally delivered at Heart Rhythm 2008.

This webcast, featuring Munther K. Homoud, MD, FHRS, CCDS, reviews not just the types of jobs: academic, private practice, and hybrid, but what Dr. Homoud terms the "determinants of choice" in finding the right career opportunity. He elaborates on the advantages and elements of each type of job and concludes with information on becoming a cardiovascular investigator.

Dr. Homoud’s presentation was one of four segments of a Heart Rhythm 2008 session titled "Careers in Academic EP: What the EP Fellow Needs to Know."
