Emerging Electrophysiologists (EEP): Transition to Practice
October 23-25, 2009
W Hotel | Washington, DC.
Program Description
The purpose of this program was to equip EP fellows with the tools and knowledge to make a successful transition into practice. Professional education is essential to an individual's success and is often only learned through trial and error. Fellows will greatly benefit from an understanding of how to make informed decisions about practice types, find the right job, negotiation skills, case management, and marketing themselves. Prepared with this type of knowledge, a physician is more likely to succeed early in their career and build a strong foundation for their future.
