2009-2010 Heart Rhythm Society Research Fellowships

Apply now for a 2009-2010 Heart Rhythm Society Research Fellowship, designed for individuals seeking specialty education and experience in the early phase of their EP training. The Society's program is designed to assist the awardees in initiating careers in basic and/or clinical electrophysiology research while obtaining significant research results. Applicants should be intent on pursuing a career in independent research and interested in additional training under the supervision of a sponsor or mentor prior to a career in independent research.

To apply for a fellowship, please carefully read and complete the 2009-2010 Heart Rhythm Society Research Fellowship application (Microsoft Word document, 528K), which also contains detailed instructions and additional information about the Society's Research Fellowship program.

All forms and supporting documents must be completed and submitted via e-mail to fellowships@HRSonline.org prior to January 16, 2009. Early submission applications affords time for preliminary review and, if necessary, communication with applicants for additional information or clarification prior to submission of the application to the Fellowship Subcommittee.

Questions? Please contact Kristen Downey, Manager, Professional & Patient Education.
