The WLI Mentorship Program connects experienced women EPs with female physicians who are in the early stages of their careers. The program matches mentors and mentees, and provides both parties with guidance, tools and networking opportunities to help them make the most of their mentoring relationships.
Interested in participating in the WLI Mentorship Program?
Complete a survey and provide information about your background, interests, and what you are looking for in a match. Society staff will review your application and match you based on your interests and background with a suitable mentor/mentee.
How the Relationship Works
Mentees are responsible for initiating contact with their assigned mentor. The pair are encouraged to brainstorm and agree upon an appropriate arrangement for subsequent interactions. Most exchanges occur via telephone and email, but in some cases mentors and mentees may elect to make arrangements for face-to-face meetings.
