Dr. Joseph W. Poku, MD, FHRS

Dr. Poku attended Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors in Mathematics, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He attended medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts.
After medical school, Dr. Poku completed his internship and residency at Duke University Medical Center, and then proceeded to complete both his Cardiovascular Diseases and Electrophysiology fellowships at the Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Poku has been a member of the Heart Rhythm Society since 2004 and was inducted as a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS) in May of 2011.
