Heart Rhythm Society members are invoiced annually based on their date of application/acceptance, and may renew their membership by the following methods:

How to Pay Society Dues Online
To complete the steps below, you will need your member number and a valid credit card. If you have reset your username and password, please use that information instead of your assigned member number.
Please note: In order to pay your membership dues, you must have already received an invoice and have a balance on your account. If your dues are in good standing, the Society's bill pay feature will not offer you an option for viewing your invoice or paying your dues online.
Step 1
Visit www.hrsonline.org and enter your member login and password using the "Member Login" panel on the right side of the Society’s website [see illustration, right].
If you have forgotten or misplaced your member number, it can be found on most formal correspondence from the Heart Rhythm Society (invoices, receipts, letters) or you may contact the Society’s Member Services Hotline: (202) 464-9855 or membership@hrsonline.org.
Step 2
Upon successfully logging into the Member site, you will be directed to a Welcome page. To pay your Society membership dues, first click on the My HRS hyperlink, which is located just under your name on the login panel [see illustration, right]. "My HRS" is a secure page that allows Heart Rhythm Society members to:
- Pay Society membership dues (when invoiced annually) online
- Manage listings in the Find a Specialist Directory (practicing physicians only)
- Update membership information (including Member Directory listing) via the Member Profile page
Step 3
Once on the My HRS page, please scroll down to view your contact information. If you have an open invoice, there will be a hyperlink reading, “Click here to Pay your Dues.” This link will be located to the right of your name [see illustration below]. Please click as instructed.
Step 4
After clicking the Pay your Dues hyperlink, you should now see a report showing your Dues Total. Verify that the amount is as you expected and then click the gray “add to basket” button at the bottom of the form [see illustration below].
Step 5
Please fill out the resulting secure payment form with your credit card information. (Note that U.S. addresses do NOT need to select a country.) When you are finished filling out the from, click the “check out” button once [see illustration below].
Step 6
If the transaction was successful, you will see this message, “Transaction Complete. Please check your e-mail for a confirmation notice.” If you do not see this message, please contact the Society’s Member Services Hotline at (202) 464-9855 or membership@hrsonline.org.
Please check your e-mail to further confirm the transaction and to review your receipt.
