Wilkoff, MD, FHRS, CCDS, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH the study proving that strategic programming of implantable cardiac defibrillators (ICDs) and cardiac resynchronization therapy devices (CRT-D) reduces shocks between 17 and 28 percent.
