Women’s Leadership Initiative Interviews

The vision of the Women's Leadership Initiative is to help diversity the field of electrophysiology and pacing by creating a vibrant community of interest for female EPs that is designed to increase the ranks of women in the field of EP, strengthen their non-medical professional skills, provide opportunities to enhance their professional standing, and enable them to assume leadership positions in the field.
