Registration & Housing

The Society’s Annual Scientific Sessions are held every year in May — the must-attend event for anyone involved in research or delivery of arrhythmia care or services. No other offers the depth and breadth of information available at the Society’s Annual Scientific Sessions.

Heart Rhythm 2009 Registration & Housing

Heart Rhythm 2009, 30th Annual Scientific Sessions, May 13-16, 2009, Boston, MA Heart Rhythm 2009 will be held May 13 – 16 in Boston, MA. Most events will be held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC). Some functions may be held at the co-headquarters hotels, the Westin Boston Waterfront and Marriott Copley Plaza.

Convention Data Services (CDS) will serve as the official Heart Rhythm 2009 registration company, and Travel Planners will serve as the official Heart Rhythm 2009 housing company.

Important Dates:

December 8: Registration and Housing open to Invited Faculty
December 15: Registration and Housing open to Society members
January 12: Registration and Housing open to exhibitors, international tour groups and nonmembers
March 14: Early registration rates expire
April 15: Cancellation and Substitution deadline
April 20: Housing deadline
May 9: Advance registration rates expire
May 10: On-site registration rates in effect
