Registration for Non-Member Fellows-in-Training

To obtain the discounted registration rate for non-members in training, the following eligible individuals must submit confirmation from their program director (or equivalent) indicating their 'in-training' status and the expected end date of their current appointment. To do so, please fill out and return a Fellowship Confirmation Form to the address below. 

Eligible for Affiliate membership and discounted registration:

• Fellows-in-Training (MDs enrolled in ACGME training program or equivalent)
• Scientists-in-Training (graduate student or post-doctoral fellow actively involved in research training)

• Interns
• Residents

The Fellowship Confirmation Form must be received within two weeks of registering online; if it is not received within that two week time frame, the registration fee will change to the regular non-member rate.
