Heart Rhythm 2012 Cancellation and Refund Policy

In order to receive a refund, written notification of cancellation must be received by Convention Data Services (CDS), the Society's official registration company, on or before Wednesday, April 13, 2012. A $75 administrative/processing fee will be withheld. Please note the following policies:

• Requests MUST be in writing. Telephone requests can not — and will not — be honored
• Fees will not be refunded for no-shows
• No refunds will be issued for any cancellations, under any circumstances, received after April 13, 2012

Substitutions

Written notification of substitutions must be received by CDS on or before April 13, 2012. The Heart Rhythm Society reserves the right to collect or retain the balance of registration fees in the event that the substitute’s membership and/or registration category differs from the original registrant.
